Produced CDU (counter display unit) packaging, retail guides, and structural packaging art for named Spin Master brands including DC, Monster Jam, and Paw Patrol — including large-format retail packaging built to exact brand and licensor spec, such as the 3-ft-tall PAW Patrol Ultimate City Tower playset box.
Adapted every file across retail, digital, and trade formats and shepherded each piece through brand and licensor approval. Working directly with brand and licensor stakeholders, gathering packaging requirements and structural specs before every production run.
Phiten USA — Package Redesign & Retail Collaboration

Redesigned Phiten's original Japanese lotion and compression-tape packaging for the US market, shifting the visual language away from a health/medical focus toward a Sport / Performance positioning aimed at an American athletic customer base. Rebuilt dielines and finished mechanicals from the ground up, from titanium power tape discs to massage-lotion cartons.
When Phiten USA and Costco launched a US wholesale test program, licensed MLB athletes needed to appear on both product blisters and pallet side art. Arranged product and athlete likenesses around the dielines and carried the product trays through several rounds of design and mock-up, plus ongoing MLB and Phiten marketing collateral built on the same system.
